Pre-orders
When a piece is sold out you can still pre-order it. Pre-orders are paid up front — once paid, the piece is reserved in your name. Pre-orders are final: each piece is built by hand for you, so pre-orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once payment is made. Restocks and custom builds typically ship in 2–4 weeks and you'll get tracking the moment it ships.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are only considered for in-stock items and are accepted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Most requests are not approved. Pre-orders and custom pieces are final and cannot be refunded, returned, or cancelled once production begins. Please double-check your size, style, and shipping address before checking out — message us first if you have any questions.
Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.
Liability
Once an order leaves our hands and enters transit, The Vault is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of packages during transportation, or for anything else outside our control. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to this.

Every piece is made with 100% lab-grown moissanite and premium materials. We inspect every order before it ships — the best quality in the industry, no shortcuts.
Privacy Policy
We only collect the information needed to process your order and provide support — name, contact details, and shipping address. We never sell your data. Payment details are handled securely by our checkout provider and are never stored on our servers.
Terms of Service
By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the chosen payment method. Pre-orders and custom pieces are final and non-refundable. In-stock refunds or returns are rare and approved only at our discretion. Prices and availability may change without notice. All products are described as accurately as possible.

All brand names, trademarks, logos, and product designs referenced or shown on this site — including but not limited to Casio®, G-SHOCK®, Rolex®, Audemars Piguet®, and Swatch® — are the property of their respective owners. The Vault is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. Brand names are used only for identification and descriptive purposes to indicate the base watch a piece is built on. Any customization work (including aftermarket stone setting or finishing) is performed independently by The Vault and voids the original manufacturer's warranty. All rights belong to their respective trademark holders.
